1. Agreement
By accessing or using iBride ("Service"), operated by Stanislav Zayarsky, individual entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Registered address: Shcherbaniuka 20, apt. 1, 58000 Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Contact: ibride.global@gmail.com. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service description
iBride is a digital platform that provides:
- A catalog of wedding dresses from various brands
- AI-powered virtual try-on using your uploaded photos
- A directory of bridal salons to find dresses in person
3. Account
To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Credits and payments
- New users receive 3 free virtual try-on credits.
- Additional credits can be purchased through our payment provider, Paddle.
- Credits are non-transferable and linked to your account.
- Credits do not expire.
- Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos of other people without their consent
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute generated images for commercial purposes
- Abuse the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users
- Create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits
6. Intellectual property
The iBride platform, including its design, code, and branding, is our property. Wedding dress images belong to their respective brands. Virtual try-on results are generated for your personal, non-commercial use.
7. User content
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of generating virtual try-on results. We do not sell or share your photos with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Virtual try-on results are AI-generated approximations and may not perfectly represent how a dress will look in person. We do not guarantee dress availability or salon pricing.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBride shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Unused purchased credits are subject to our Refund Policy upon termination.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. If you are a consumer habitually residing in the EU, you benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence, which these Terms do not override. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally may be referred to the competent courts of your place of residence.
