Overview
We want you to be happy with iBride. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchased virtual try-on credits.
Your statutory rights (EU consumers)
If you are an EU consumer, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive). By purchasing credits and requesting that the service be made available immediately, you acknowledge that performance begins upon purchase, and you expressly consent to waive your statutory withdrawal right for credits that have already been used.
For unused credits, we voluntarily provide a 14-day full refund — this is more generous than the statutory minimum and does not affect your other legal rights.
Unused credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchased package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Partially used credits
If you have used some but not all credits from a purchased package, you may request a refund for the unused portion within 14 days of purchase. The refund will be calculated based on the number of unused credits at the per-credit rate of your package.
Used credits
Credits that have been used to generate virtual try-on results are considered consumed digital goods and are not eligible for refund.
After 14 days
Refund requests made more than 14 days after purchase are not eligible for a refund, regardless of whether credits have been used.
Free credits
The 3 complimentary try-on credits provided to new users are free and not eligible for refund.
Technical issues
If a try-on failed due to a technical error on our side (e.g., the service did not produce a result), the credit will be automatically restored to your account. If it was not restored automatically, contact us and we will resolve it.
How to request a refund
Email us at ibride.global@gmail.com with:
- Your account email
- Date of purchase
- Reason for refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are processed by Paddle (our payment provider) and typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
