1. Who we are
IBride ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Stanislav Zayarsky, individual entrepreneur (FOP), registered in Ukraine. Registered address: Shcherbaniuka 20, apt. 1, 58000 Chernivtsi, Ukraine. Contact: ibride.global@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
Account data
- Name and email address (via Google Sign-In)
- Account preferences and settings
Photos
- Photos you upload for virtual try-on
- Generated try-on result images
Usage data
- Try-on history and saved results
- Device type, browser, and general location (country level)
- App usage patterns (pages visited, features used)
Payment data
- Payment processing is handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record). We do not store your credit card details. Paddle's privacy policy applies to payment data.
3. How we use your data
- Virtual try-on: Your photos are sent to our AI processing service (Fashn.ai) to generate try-on results. Photos are processed and not retained by the AI service beyond the generation session.
- Account management: To maintain your account, credits, and try-on history.
- Service improvement: Aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the platform.
- Communication: To send important service updates (not marketing, unless you opt in).
4. Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract: Processing account data to deliver the service you requested.
- Explicit consent: Processing your photos for virtual try-on (see Section 4a below).
- Legitimate interest: Usage analytics to improve the service.
- Consent: Marketing communications (opt-in only).
4a. Photos and sensitive data
Photos you upload for virtual try-on are processed by our AI service to generate a simulated image of you wearing a dress. We treat uploaded photos as potentially sensitive personal data under GDPR Article 9.
- We do not use your photos to create persistent biometric profiles.
- We do not use your photos for identification purposes.
- Photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating virtual try-on results.
By uploading a photo, you provide your explicit consent to this processing. You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your photos or contacting us — withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already performed.
5. Third-party services
We use the following third-party services that may process your data:
- Supabase (EU) — database, authentication, file storage
- Fashn.ai — AI virtual try-on image generation
- Paddle — payment processing (Merchant of Record)
- Google — authentication (Google Sign-In)
- Firebase (Google) — web hosting
6. Data storage and security
- Account data is stored in Supabase (EU region).
- Uploaded photos and results are stored in Supabase Storage with access controls.
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
- We implement Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.
7. Data retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
- Photos and results: Retained while your account is active. You can delete individual results at any time.
- Usage data: Anonymized after 12 months.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Restriction — restrict processing of your data
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent — for consent-based processing, at any time

9. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
10. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
